Flownomic is an AI visibility agency operated from Alpine, Utah, United States. You can reach us at hello@flownomic.ai.

What we collect

  • Contact information you submit through our forms (name, email, phone, business URL, message text).
  • Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics — page views, referrers, device type, approximate location (country/region), and aggregated session data. We do not link analytics data to identifiable individuals.
  • Performance data via Vercel Speed Insights — page load timings to monitor site performance.
  • Chat conversations if you use the on-site AI agent. Messages are stored to improve the assistant and follow up on inquiries.
  • Cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember session state.

How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries and deliver requested services.
  • To send the resources or materials you request.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve content, navigation, and performance.
  • To send occasional product or service updates if you have opted in.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@flownomic.ai. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA respectively, and we will honor those requests.

Retention

We retain contact form and chat data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and analytics data for the rolling default retention windows of our analytics providers. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
