1. Acceptance

By accessing or using flownomic.ai (the “Site”) or any service offered by Flownomic (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Flownomic provides AI visibility, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), local SEO, AI citation tracking, content production, and review management services. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate written agreement or service order.

3. Free Trial

Where offered, a free trial period (typically 7 days) allows evaluation of services without charge. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. After the trial, the monthly subscription fee applies until cancellation.

4. Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time effective the next billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors.

5. No Guaranteed Results

SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI visibility outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and AI model algorithms, competitive activity, and your own content and authority. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citation counts, traffic volumes, or business outcomes. Examples of past results are illustrative and not commitments.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our services to engage in illegal activity, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access, or scrape the Site in ways that violate our robots.txt and agent-permissions.json.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (excluding Client-supplied materials) are owned by Flownomic. Content we produce for clients is licensed or assigned per the engagement agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flownomic’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or our services is limited to fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
