Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using flownomic.ai (the "Site") or any service from Flownomic ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Flownomic provides done-for-you local SEO services, including website fixes, content, links from other websites, Google Business Profile management, tracking for Google and AI answers, weekly reporting, and optional add-ons such as review requests and Google Ads management. What is included in your plan is shown on our pricing page and in your order.

3. Month-to-month plans and payment

Plans are month to month. There is no long-term contract. Your plan and any add-ons are billed monthly in advance, by card, through our payment processor. Prices do not include taxes, which are added where required. Ad spend for Google Ads is paid by you directly to Google and is separate from our fees.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time by emailing us. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing month, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If a payment fails, we will let you know, and we may pause work until it is paid.

4. Your part

To do the work, we need access to things like your Google Business Profile, website and analytics. You agree to give us that access and to tell us about changes to your business, such as new hours, services or locations.

You own your accounts, including your Google Business Profile, website, analytics and Google Ads account. We get access to do the work, not ownership. If you cancel, you keep everything.

5. No guaranteed results

Search and AI results depend on things outside our control, including how Google and AI tools work, what your competitors do, and your own website and reputation. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, reviews or mentions in AI answers. We do commit to doing the work in your plan and reporting on it every week.

6. Using your name, logo and results

While you are a client and afterward, you allow us to name your business as a client, show your logo on our website and in sales materials, and publish case studies about the work we did for you and the results, such as rankings, calls, reviews and traffic. We will not publish private numbers, like your revenue, without your OK. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing us, and we will take down your name, logo and case studies within 30 days.

If we build or host your website, it will carry a small "Website by Flownomic" credit with a link to our site, usually in the footer. You can ask us to remove it at any time, and we will within 30 days.

7. The free check

Our free local visibility check looks up public information about the business you enter, including its Google listing, reviews, website, links, search demand and AI answers, and compares it with other local businesses. Its numbers, including the estimate of what better visibility could be worth, are estimates built from live data and the assumptions shown in the report. They are for information only, are not a promise of results, and can change as Google and AI tools update. Please only run the check for a business you own, work for or have permission to research.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or our services for illegal activity, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to spread malware, to access systems you are not allowed to access, or to scrape the Site in ways that break our robots.txt.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by Flownomic, except for materials you supply. Content we produce for clients is licensed or assigned as set out in the client's order or agreement.

10. Ending service

You can cancel as described in section 3. We can end service with 30 days' notice for any reason, or right away if you break these Terms, don't pay, or ask us to do something unlawful or against Google's rules. When service ends, we hand back access to your accounts and you keep the content we delivered for the months you paid for.

11. Disclaimer

The Site, the free check and our services are provided "as is". Except as set out in these Terms, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Google, ChatGPT and other platforms are run by other companies, and we are not responsible for their decisions, outages or rule changes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Flownomic's total liability related to these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims against us that come from content or materials you give us, from your business's own products or services, or from your breaking these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
